The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs, ensuring a very comfortable stay. We had issues with the aircon and hot water and they attended to these immediately and fixed the issue straight away. They also offered us room service everyday and asked if we needed any more water which was a really nice touch. They have a cat there too, she is super friendly. The room is large and spacious with a balcony. Very clean. Aircon works well. Not too noisy.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet location within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions, shopping areas, eating places, etc. A good value compared to other Chiang Mai guesthouses in the same price range.

Very local to shops and restaurants, whilst also being in a quiet area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They allowed an early check in and moved my room without me asking as a previous guest had smoked in there. Great price for the rooms.
